***CLICK HERE FOR FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE LSC PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT PROGRAM***

The Lake Superior College Physical Therapist Assistant Program (Traditional Program) is full for Fall 2014, but is still accepting applications for our wait list.  We currently have 18 students on the wait list.

Students are program-ready when all PTA program pre-technical courses have been successfully completed with a grade of “C” or better (with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher for Medical Terminology, Human Anat/Phys I, and College Composition) AND we have received verification of completion of 40 hours of volunteer work in physical therapy.

**Please note: For all students starting the program in Fall 2014, an overall GPA of at least 3.0 will be required for the following three pre-technical courses:  Medical Terminology, College Composition I, and Human Anatomy/Physiology I.**  This includes students who were on the wait list for Fall 2013 or were accepted for 2013 and deferred their acceptance to 2014 (this information was included in your waiting list/acceptance letter sent in spring/summer 2013).
