My Topic: Local Counter-Global Warming Strategies

What strategies or measures have Duluth locals taken in an effort to combat or slow global warming? A good place to start as far as people I can interview would be someone from the local factories, since these facilities are the ones pushed the hardest to lower toxic output. Another person I could interview would be a professor or an activist who is involved in or very knowledgable of the problems and the solutions with global warming. I really would hate to do any community service that I wouldn’t be getting paid for but if it came down to it, I would try to find something both fun and important to do for our mother earth.
