Bookings

Lake Superior College Office 365

Bookings is part of our Office 365 package. It allows you to set up a way for others to schedule times to meet with you. The appointments will be added to your Outlook Calendar automatically but Bookings won’t allow someone to book a time that you already have something schedule for.

Ways to use Bookings:

  • Instructors can schedule virtual office hours with students.
  • Staff can schedule the types of help their office can offer and the staff member who’d provide it.

Because our email uses the Minnesota State’s system, the Address Book will have all the Minnesota State System campuses’ faculty, staff and students listed, not just Lake Superior College’s. You can set Global Address Book default to display only Lake Superior College by:

  1. Opening Outlook
  2. Selecting “Address Book” in the header ribbon
  3. In the new window, selecting Tools.
  4. Selecting Options… from the menu
  5. From the “When opening the address book, show this address list first” menu, selecting Lake Superior College – ALL.
