LSC integrated manufacturing students are again proving why their club is called SkillsUSA.
After a spectacular showing at the March State SkillsUSA competition in Bloomington, MN, these creative and dexterous students proved they can ratchet it up a few notches in a national competition, too.
During the June 23-27 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Kansas City, MO, they took home one gold medal, one bronze medal and were awarded one top five finish.
“Once again, the students did a fabulous job presenting their projects and representing Lake Superior College on a national level,” said LSC Integrated Manufacturing Instructor Max Udovich. “I am proud of the hard work, dedication, and professionalism the students put into their outstanding projects!”
