Clinic

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program at Lake Superior College operates a non-profit, outpatient physical therapy (PT) clinic on campus.  The clinic is open to the public.  Physical therapist students from The College of St. Scholastica and PTA students from Lake Superior College provide low-cost PT services under the supervision of faculty members.

The clinic serves three primary missions:
1. to provide realistic hands-on learning experiences for students studying physical therapy, and
2. to provide physical therapy services to those in the Duluth-Superior area who could not otherwise receive PT due to insurance limitations.
3.  To promote the PT/PTA team with PT and PTA studentsbusy clinic
